The questions we get asked most
Do you tune remotely, or do I have to be in Queen Creek?
Both work. We tune in-house on our Dynojet, and we run remote tuning through HP Tuners for out-of-area builds: you datalog, we revise, you flash. Big forced-induction builds are still best done in person, and we'll tell you straight which path fits your combo.
Can you unlock a locked Mopar ECU?
Yes, Mopar ECU unlocking is one of our specialties. Late-model Dodge and RAM computers ship locked from the factory, so they can't be tuned until they're unlocked. We handle that in-house, then calibrate with HP Tuners. Call with your year and platform and we'll confirm what yours needs.
Do you only build race cars, or daily drivers too?
Both, and we build to how you actually drive. A clean daily with a tune and a full-send race build get the same honest planning; we just aim the combo at street, strip, or weekend duty depending on what you tell us. It should start cold, idle, and behave in traffic unless you specifically ask otherwise.
Will I actually talk to the person working on my car?
Yes. We're owner-run and hands-on. The crew that plans and tunes your build is the crew you talk to. No service-writer telephone game; your plan stays consistent from the first call to the final dyno pull.
Are you going to push parts I don't need?
No. We'd rather talk you out of a part than sell you a headache. We inspect, quote your exact combo, and recommend only what genuinely moves the needle for your goals and your budget, even when that means doing less than you walked in expecting.
